This policy explains how LaunchFrame LLC ("LaunchFrame," "we," "us") collects and uses information through this website and our services.
We collect information you submit through our contact form or by email, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and message. When you submit the form, our website host also records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you came from.
We use it to respond to your inquiry, provide and manage our services, send service-related messages, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
When we manage your Google Business Profile, Google Ads, or Local Services Ads, we access account data only as needed to perform the services you've hired us for. You can remove our access at any time.
Review request messages are sent on behalf of our clients to their customers. Clients are responsible for getting their customers' permission to be contacted. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting, email, call tracking, and messaging tools), when required by law, or with your consent.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@launchframeco.com.
By using this website or engaging LaunchFrame for services, you agree to these terms. A separate written agreement may also apply to client engagements; if it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.
Setup is a one-time fee of $750. Monthly management is $800 per month. Website projects are quoted separately. Prices are in USD and may change with notice. Google advertising spend is not included and is billed by Google directly to you.
You agree to provide accurate business information, maintain valid licenses and insurance, grant the account access we need, and comply with Google's policies and applicable laws. You are responsible for answering and handling customer calls.
Your Google accounts remain your property. We manage them with the access you grant.
Our services rely on platforms we do not control, including Google. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages, policy changes, suspensions, or verification outcomes.
To the extent permitted by law, LaunchFrame is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
LaunchFrame LLC is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, and Local Services Ads are trademarks of Google LLC.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including your trade, location, competition, budget, reviews, and how quickly you answer calls. We do not guarantee rankings, ad placement, call volume, leads, or revenue.
Local Services Ads eligibility, background checks, and verification are determined by Google and its partners. Timelines are estimates.
